Expertise Match: "Off-roading" leads route to reps strongest in SUVs/4x4 closing
Availability and capacity checks ensure reps are not already occupied (e.g., on test drive)
Historical performance weighting improves assignment quality over time
High-value leads (e.g., ₹50L+) auto-route to the Top 5% Closers

Step 3: Asset Control
Phase 3 : Asset Control. Test-drive vehicle control becomes a first-class workflow with real-time fleet visibility and booking intelligence.

Booking Workflow: vehicle availability is validated in real time when reps request drives
