How It Works

Learn how our auction platform works and start buying or selling luxury vehicles today.

For Buyers

1. Browse Listings

Explore our curated collection of luxury and classic vehicles. Each listing includes detailed descriptions, high-quality photos, and vehicle history.

2. Register & Bid

Create a free account to participate in auctions. You can place bids on any vehicle that interests you. Set your maximum bid and let our system bid on your behalf.

3. Win & Complete Purchase

If you win an auction, you'll be notified immediately. Complete the payment and arrange for vehicle collection or delivery. Our team will assist you throughout the process.

For Sellers

1. Create Your Listing

Sign in and create a detailed listing for your vehicle. Include photos, vehicle history, specifications, and set your reserve price if desired.

2. Review & Approval

Our team reviews each listing to ensure quality and accuracy. Once approved, your vehicle goes live and buyers can start bidding.

3. Auction & Sale

Watch as buyers bid on your vehicle. When the auction ends, if the reserve is met, the sale is finalized. We handle payment processing and facilitate the transfer.

Auction Methods

Timed Auctions

Most of our auctions are timed, running for a set period (typically 7 days). Bidders can place bids at any time during the auction period. In the final moments, if a bid is placed, the auction extends automatically to give others a chance to respond.

Reserve Price

Many sellers set a reserve price - the minimum amount they're willing to accept. If bidding doesn't reach the reserve, the seller isn't obligated to sell. Reserve prices are kept confidential.

Buy It Now

Some listings offer a "Buy It Now" option, allowing buyers to purchase immediately at a fixed price, bypassing the auction process entirely.

Fees & Costs

Buyer's Premium

Buyers pay a premium on top of the winning bid. This premium is typically 5-10% of the final sale price and covers platform costs, payment processing, and customer support.

Seller's Commission

Sellers pay a commission only if the vehicle sells. Commission rates vary based on the listing tier (Essential, Premium, or Elite) and typically range from 5-12% of the final sale price.

Listing Fees

Basic listings are free. Premium and Elite tiers offer enhanced visibility and features for a one-time listing fee. These fees are not refundable but help ensure your listing gets maximum exposure.

Additional Costs

Buyers are responsible for vehicle collection or delivery costs, insurance, and any applicable taxes or registration fees. Sellers may choose to offer delivery services at an additional cost.

Tips for Success

For Buyers: Research the vehicle thoroughly, review all photos and documentation, and set a realistic maximum bid based on market value.

For Sellers: Provide detailed descriptions, high-quality photos from multiple angles, and be transparent about the vehicle's condition and history.

For Everyone: Read the terms and conditions carefully, ask questions if needed, and communicate promptly with our support team.
